Great human atmosphere, bosses would listen to employees and look into improving processes and whatever that could be made better. Workload high at times as with all companies but my bosses tried that that period did not last for too long. Salary and benefits were good. They gave possibilities for progression within the company. NOTE: The company went under restructuring by the end of 2014, time when I had to leave, and a merger was to happen by mid-2015, therefore things have probably changed, hopefully not too badly.

Although they would give opportunities for progression, they would not allow roles at the management level to be field-based, which would prevent employees not living in the UK where the EU head office is, to access those roles. Even for office-based personnel, there was no flexibility on the working hours, something nowadays very common at other companies - this was ok for field-based personnel, at least according to my experience.
