Where do I start ... I am not going to repeat what most reviewers have already said about cutting head count every 6 months. Management at the executive level cannot maintain any strategy for longer than 6 months Promotion only works on face value and how well you manage your networks within the company The people who put the most hours get very seldom any recognition While executives get their bonuses, some staff who genuinely care about their job and put many hours get no bonus and 1.5% pay rise. Not even enough to cover inflation. Frankly this is an insult. If you work in a timezone other than the US, you are expected to adjust your hours to fit those from US offices. Depending who your manager is, some policies apply to you but not to others. Equality between staff is neither promoted nor applied. I have never seen a company do so many U-Turns on corporate strategies. Vast amount of money is squandered on projects never seeing the light of day. Once a project is canned, excess staff are laid off HR executive talks about making the company a better place to work, yet nothing is done about staff turnover, layoffs, lack of recognition and unequal opportunities between staff Working there was a mistake. Very disappointing
