-cool office -super talented, fun team -interesting, creative work -awesome clients -great place to get good experience -PR team is awesome! I had the best boss ever!

-notoriously very low pay for most positions (I got a 38,000 salary for a management position) -little opportunity for upward mobility within agency -best suited for getting solid experience and moving on - I often saw account coordinators working obscene hours which seemed unfair because I knew how little they were getting paid. So work/life balance could be better prioritized in some departments (PR department was awesome though!)
