There are several reasons why I love working at AFS… The feel of the AFS is that of a small company, employees are not just numbers, and for a company of this size that is simply amazing. Something that also motivates me is being appreciated, I personally can say that I have been appreciated from my first day of employment. I thrive off of opportunity and that’s probably my favorite reason why I work at AFS, the culture inside of AFS will force you to develop personally and professionally. Also the opportunity to make a positive impact in our employees’ lives is something that happens on a daily basis. In my book AFS is a Grade A employer.

Personally I believe what you put into something that is what you will get back (yield). This is a challenging job on several different levels, but for me it’s more a matter of perspective, if you are the type of individual who steps up to the plate when task is difficult then this company is perfect for you. This is not a nine to five type of company. We work until the job is complete, and that’s part of culture from the owner down to the last guy on the crew.
