The management are not aware of who their hardest workers are. People who have been there for 3-4+ years and have been hard workers for the company have been looking to move to other divisions or to a new employer. Very slow promotion cycle with heavy favoritism. Lack of clear promotion paths, while newer people promoted over others with more experience and platform knowledge. The last employee survey showed a large drop off. The pay is average with slow increases. People are given promotions with minimal pay raises, or none at all, despite being told differently. Management doesn't have time or concern enough to assess who is working the hardest and falls back on weak metrics or favorites. The service team and operations are the hardest working people I know and they seem to be forgotten about. Work life balance is something that is talked of, but you won't really get it.
