I joined ARC a month after completing my undergrad degree and came in with little experience. Management took a concentrated focus on my development, training, and I had unparalleled exposure to Chief Compliance Officers, CEO's, and big-time financial advisors right away. If you are looking for an introduction to consulting, finance, and/or law, I cannot recommend ARC enough. It is a very pleasant place to come to work every day. The team of consultants and management at ARC are friendly, have great comradery, and are very welcoming from day one. I could not have asked for a better experience in my first job out of college.
