Amazing place to work and to help animals! Chief Executive Officer

Lots of interesting projects ranging from technology to marketing, etc. Very supportive team (I am CEO but I am referring to the entire team- both management and staff. Lots of trusting employees and flexibility- work from home- excellent benefits especially for a nonprofit.
Working at a non-profit does limit compensation- no stock options for example.
