About Company

Acre Mortgage & Financial, Inc. is a Mortgage Banker headquartered in Marlton, New Jersey. The corporate office currently has over thirty employees working in all aspects of mortgage banking from origination to closing. Acre has been incorporated since April 10, 2002. The owners of the corporation, John Merlino and Joseph DiCriscio, have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. Acre is their first wholly owned mortgage company. Most previously they were owner/operators of a branch office of Sunset Mortgage Company, L.P. On March 14, 2005 they went completely on their own, doing business as Acre Mortgage & Financial, Inc. They hope to continue their previous success with their own company.
