Great place to work with a truly a family atmosphere! Manager
2020-03-27 09:50:55.0Since I arrived at Acqualina a little over 3 years ago I cannot express what a great work environment it has been for me. You are allowed to lead and be your own person within the standards established. You are not forced to be a hospitality robot like at some hotel chains or be micromanaged, the beautiful thing about this independent hotel is that you can make real changes without waiting on Corporate approval. The leadership of Deborah Yager Fleming as CEO is unparalleled. She is an expert when it comes to leadership and luxury hospitality even serving on the Executive Committee for Leading Hotels of the World and was named Hotelier of the Year by Virtuoso. She treats us not as employees but rather family as she truly cares for us. Also, you can grow with this company as they have Estates at Acqualina being built now and The Mansions opened in 2015 as well! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great career with a company who has leadership that truly cares!
I just wish I had found Acqualina earlier in my career!
