As well as paid vacation time. • Able to work from home is a nice benefit • Hours can be flexible if you have a family appointment you need to do during working hours • Management is understanding of work and home life balance • New president is making sure improvement projects are getting prioritized and finalized

• The CT office is at an offsite location and the work space is lovely however there is not a restroom directly with in the office. You need to leave the office space and utilize a bathroom that is for all the different companies in the office space. • Also being offsite from the main office there is a short transit time you need to add into your day if you need to be at the main office for meetings. • We have had recent upper management changes and are finally settling into the new management styles of our new president. As always with upper management changes there are challenges with making sure employees are under the appropriate managers. There have been some changes recently in this area.
