They do business with integrity and rational thinking. Overall, it's an excellent place to work, with products that are winning in the marketplace.
At AccountabilIT, teamwork and camaraderie are amazing with the entire executive team as well as every single employee I have ever had an interaction with. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable but everyone works hard for a common goal. AIT is truly a customer-focused company and all efforts tie into ensuring customer satisfaction, which returns an immense sense of satisfaction in your work. Hard work is recognized and realized. A strong work ethic is greatly appreciated and rewarded here (unlike most other companies). The communication of the "big picture" goals as well as the path to success as a company and within the company are communicated very well and I appreciate the ability to not only be included in the discussions but also to know that what I can bring to the table is always considered and my efforts to align with the company goals are recognized and appreciated every step of the way. There is a lot of potential for growth and as the company grows it feels good to trust in AIT's ability to continually find the right people to ensure the personality and ethics of the company will never be compromised. Benefits are great now and you get a solid sense of feeling that your needs are taken into consideration and feedback is appropriately provided to you. I see a very long future here.
I don't have any Cons to provide at this time, however, I would like to say that I did have a couple that I brought to the attention of the leadership team and those cons were immediately addressed and are no longer cons. The entire leadership team has an amazing open door policy so if anyone ever truly felt a "Con" about this company it is only because they have kept quiet about it and not brought the issue to anyone's attention to be addressed.
