The people here are some of the smartest in the business. They are also people you want to hang out with - making work fun. I appreciate how much management supports your success - if there's an opportunity to travel for a client, or conference you want to go to, or a networking event, they will pay your way. They want to see you happy, successful and doing work you want to do. In a nutshell, Access is what you make of it. Few places I know of are THAT supportive.
