2018-10-08 10:42:58.88YOU are in control of your own paycheck!! If you are willing to put the work in, you WILL increase your pay. There is NO cap on your commission. The support and Training structure IS AWESOME! Everyone wants everyone to be successful, because the more successful you are, the more everyone gets paid! Great Leadership! They are not afraid to jump in with us on the ground level and be a part of the team. Everyone in the main office is actively involved working together to be supportive of the sales teams!
I've been here 8 months and haven't seen a negative thing yet.
