2018-01-22 10:50:27.963Few companies have such a strong purpose. We support the men and women who defend our country. It makes coming to work much more meaningful. I appreciate the efforts to the make the company better. They are never satisfied with the status quo.
ADS is a small company so it can be difficult to quickly promote. You have to be patient, work hard, and wait for an opportunity to promote. People are typically in a role for 3-4 years before they advance to the next position.
