A genuinely fantastic group of pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable people made my three years at Axians Networks UK an absolute pleasure. I had plenty of opportunity to own my own destiny, lots of creative ideas were supported and I left feeling like I had learnt a lot and achieved a lot. I look back at my time with Axians Networks with total fondness and I wish them success and prosperity for the years to come.

The only negatives of working at Axians Networks UK were caused by external factors, mainly that the hardware market was rapidly declining and this was causing financial and operational issues which led to some job losses and was unsettling for employees. Axians Networks are currently owned by Vinci Energies and the Vinci operating model did not always fit neatly with how IT businesses operate, which did cause some niggly issues, but was not significant enough that I would have left over it!
