Excellent team, excellent management, great clients, but with all the usual challenges of a rapidly expanding business.
2014-06-12 00:11:40.093Working from home, great people, a vision that i can buy into, autonomy and huge personal growth, supportive management and a really nice remote environment to enable colleague interaction and collaboration, good basic salary, good tech support, and frequent contact with management from other countries. Very nice colleagues and no politics (EMEA) - cant speak for US or APAC.
Onboarding of new staff could be improved. Challenging targets/commission plans, Employee benefits comparatively poor.
