    Patients and coworkers are great.

managers provide no support when needed but micromanage and mess things up that are going well. very high turnover...employees quitting all the time. everyone is unhappy and it is easy to become burnt out because there is drama all the time, management included. people are always blaming each other for problems, target on everyone's back.
