Treat staff better and be honest Middle Management

AKQA doesn't value its staff particularly well. As a line manager I was asked to lie to members of my team to stop them leaving. I was also lied to myself on more than one occasion which I found about when certain people slipped up on their stories. Management have their favourites who will always get the praise even when others have contributed more.
