2018-07-09 09:19:56.99Small company with lots of room for growth; growing company with great financial stability; competitive pay, bonuses and benefits; shift to tech/product focus makes the org feel a bit like a startup but without the constant fear of not turning a profit.
Recent changes to the organization's direction and structure caused a bit of unrest and turnover. Company has stabilized but the changes - while both good and needed - brought a bit of fear and negativity, some of which is still felt.
