Employees are friendly. No pressure from the boss too.
But sometimes, with some small misunderstanding, things will go the wrong direction than what you expected. Once, there was a meeting with a new franchisee, however, since I met them in person to help them out. I am away from my computer and didn't see the meeting hours changed. But, supervisor thought I am lazy at work and disappear from work without reason.
