Very nice people. Everyone is approachable from the upper management down. The company was stuck in the stone age for a long time but the company has massive intentions to grow over the next few years, so now is an exciting time to work for AES. A lot of new things happening. Decent benefits and paid time off. Pretty laid back atmosphere. There's a team that organizes employee events which are fun. The company also offers a lot of opportunities to travel to job sites around the country away from the office. The mission of the company is directly aligned with a more efficient production of live saving medicines, so it's not pointless work.

Some very outdated procedures which will hopefully be upgraded in the near future. The headquarters building is kind of dingy.
