2019-07-17 07:38:52.22Coming from a family of conventional farmers, it is amazing to not only see but to also directly contribute to the future of agriculture. As a fast-growing company, one is given plenty of responsibility right from the beginning. Our team members are great problem solvers who are incredibly mission-driven.
As a start-up, there can occasionally be a sense of lack of organization. However, that is expected with growing companies, especially in such a new industry such as vertical farming where we are learning so much everyday.
