Teamwork, very supportive and love the collaborative environment with my coworkers; I enjoy coming to work everyday because of them. Everyone gets along and works well together. The work is engaging and challenging; never a dull moment and there is always something new to learn. The benefit package is really good for full time employees. Everyone cares about their position with the company, very passionate about what we do. The company employs the most highly skilled nurses and aides. We have a very low turnover rate in the field which is wonderful, especially for our clients. If I or a loved one needed home care I would trust each and every one of our staff to provide the highest quality nursing/skilled care.

There is a heavy workload, requiring extra hours on semi-regular basis. The owners could benefit from being more transparent prior to increasing employees workload significantly. Sometimes it happens with very little notice or input from staff or suggestions on how to juggle the new project or assignment with current ones.
