  • Great Company, Supportive Management Program Manager

    As a former PM with Aegis Corps, Inc., I was able to see first-hand how supportive the senior leaders of the company were for employees. The company president was always just a phone call or email away, and she consistently went above and beyond expectations to both make herself available to the company employees, and to make sure the company employees had what they needed to be successful. The senior leaders treated me as a partner and as a professional, allowing me the leeway to make important decisions on the company's behalf when dealing with the client, but the leaders were also there to provide any assistance whenever it was required. The speed with which they provided that support was exceptional. From a benefits standpoint, the company also treated the employees extremely well. Instead of hoarding potential profits, the company rolled that money back to the employees in the form of salary, extra days of leave, and other fringe benefits. Leadership strongly encouraged personal and professional growth and development, and they were good about helping employees achieve their goals, even if those goals ultimately involved work in other areas/fields.

    The only real con was my inability to continue working with the company. As noted in other reviews, the senior leaders really treated the employees like family, which made working with them a pleasure.
