They do business with integrity and rational thinking. Overall, it's an excellent place to work, with products that are winning in the marketplace.
I've never worked in higher education before, so I can in not knowing exactly what to expect. The culture is warm, supportive, straightforward, and hard working. I haven't been in contact with EVERYONE at the school, but the experiences I've had with coworkers have all been great. Everyone is really dedicated to their work and you can tell.
I think like every place has it's quirks. The only thing I would say is that since I work outside of education specifically, I need to work extra hard to know what students are up to, stay connected, etc.
