I came to Adaptive for the opportunity to be a part of a fast growing organization. It has not disappointed! We are accelerating at a fast clip and the opportunities are endless. This is an organization that is not only focused on the science but it is also intersecting with technology as well. The Sr. Leadership truly invests in their people and believe that their team members are their most valuable assets. We are definitely in the ‘growing pains’ stage. So, if you are not used to fluidity and flexibility, this may not be a fit for you. However, if you want to create, build and collaborate amongst brilliant colleagues, this is an excellent company to be a part of. Everyone here has the opportunity to grow and shine in their careers. More importantly, you will be a part of a company that is truly impacting people’s lives.

This is not really a con but it depends on perspective. This is a get s* done company. If you don’t roll up your sleeves or have a me mentality, you will be left behind.
