    Exciting future ahead – we’re exceeding plan (very profitable for the first time in years), growing double digits each year. We’ve more than doubled in revenue in my 7 years here. We’re now viewed highly by the parent company – Bracco. People – we’re a group of good folks that want work hard and win at what we do. We hire great people. Size – we are small enough you can make a difference here yet big enough to have resources you need Career growth - I've been fortunate to grow my career here, including changing functions and being promoted Fun perks of a great culture – summer hours (every other Friday off), plant shutdown the week between Christmas and New Years, ping pong table, workout area, monthly birthday cake party, Twins game offsite, Heartwalk fundraising, walking/biking trail in the back, etc

    Many new leaders in new roles so they are learning. I do feel improvement over previous leaders. Medical benefits. The high deductible plan is costly, expect significant out of pocket expenses prior to insurance paying.
