GREAT people, good wlb, generous pto, benefits decent otherwise. plenty of people out the door at 4p.m. sharp unless there's a literal fire. fun fridays, beer day, etc. Lots of negative comments about the old tech stack/tech debt - this is actively improving. Solid r&d team, transition to spring/angular is incredibly promising for BE/FE. Technical/middle management is very good.
Pay is on the lower side. company direction either isn't always particularly clearly communicated to employees, or otherwise isn't particularly clear to leadership in the first place. This isn't always the case - the town halls are pretty good.
