Cons are our pay and benefits. All we get is 80 hours to use for sick and vacation time through out the year and they need to be used as management wants you to use them. In other words, if I have a doctor's appointment and I rather take a couple hours non-paid, they make me use my PTO and I don't have an option to do it non pay.
