    Got rid of many of the old managers and executives that were bad for the company and bad for employees. Customer health has done a 180 degree turn from 2 years ago Executive team cares about people and changing the culture by being open and nice

    Lots of change makes some of the long term employees uncomfortable and they can complain Still lots of work being done, high expectations from management
