They do business with integrity and rational thinking. Overall, it's an excellent place to work, with products that are winning in the marketplace.

At ATI, I found my home and my community. At the Academy of Thought and Industry, I am able to do fulfilling work (bringing cutting edge education to teens), which I know is of service, while also be challenged and supported both personally and professionally. At every level the staff are not only experts in their area and deeply devoted to their work, but genuinely wonderful people who I feel fortunate to have in my life. Despite professionals frequently changing jobs in todays world, I can see myself continuing to work for ATI for the duration of my work life, and continue to be connected afterwards. I did not think I would say those words at this point in my career and I am deeply grateful.

For the sake of honesty, I reflected on this question but have nothing to share as a con of working for ATI!
