They do business with integrity and rational thinking. Overall, it's an excellent place to work, with products that are winning in the marketplace.
I love the social environment. At first I felt a bit like an alien amongst a lot of welathy suburban moms, but I like how comfortable and friendly everyone is. There's no competition here, just doing what you enjoy. The kids are great to work with, and even when they are intent on misbehaving, are still unintimidating to talk to. In general the girls want to go with the flow. It is fascinating to work with young minds! They have so much creativity and energy! They are very fun to talk to and spend time with.
It can be a little frustrating at times to deal with all the overbearing safety precautions they have for the children, and I'm sure for full-time employees, the amount of bureaucracy and number of faculty meetings can get a bit annoying. But I'm really reaching for something to complain about here - in general this is a pretty great place to work.
