    Engineering position is very hands-on; the diversity of challenges offers variety and opportunities for professional growth (though not much advancement); decent pay, benefits; mostly good people to work with, especially the engineering team; good work-life balance

    Most of the middle managers were incompetent, though I hear this is turning around; some of the manufacturing associates are difficult to work with; hazardous chemicals
