ADG does awesome work and award winning design. The project types and styles vary so there is always something new and different. There is no sample old same old "typical design". Each project is tackled with fresh, new and innovative design. The people that work here are such a talented and creative group. Everyone is very supportive and helpful to each other. The benefits are very equitable with what is offered at larger firms. ADG respects employees family and personal time. Some people think having to work even a minute over 40 hours a week should be compensated - average work weeks are around 42 hours per week. The rare but occasional push to meet a deadline "extra" hours balances out with the days when employees are sent home early or when the company closes for a week at the holidays without counting against PTO. I've worked at firms where employees are expected to work 50 hour weeks - period. One review mentions a one time error that the company's third party payroll company made. The reviewer is purposely misrepresenting what happened out of bitterness. ADG caught the error, which had employees receiving 5 more PTO than they should. everyone's PTO accrual rate was adjusted back to what it should be. People who had already taken some of those days were not penalized or asked to make them up or give them back or anything. Some people were bitter bc they hadn't spent the extra days like some people had.

Negative people and people who are under performing or dragging everyone down are not dismissed or handled quickly enough.
