2018-12-01 18:38:10.793Genuine, supportive environment. Truly lives the company values. People support each other. Very good place if you want to work as a team. Strong health benefits with little to no out of pocket costs. Incredible generous 401k employer contribution (9%!). Lots of opportunity to move around the club into various positions.
Like any organization, there are normal drawbacks here and there. But the good far outweighs any challenges.
