The people here come with the right motivations, heart, spirit and drive. We aspire to make big changes, but even our small steps are a big deal for our families. The more people we have with the intuition that our efforts plant seeds for trees for which we will never benefit it's fruit, the more realistic our expectations become. The more possible a better outcome for change will be. I cannot imagine a team of people other than these incredible people who have become my family to spend my day with.

There will never be a perfect day, perfect benefits, perfect results. The seats don't match, the carpets are frayed, and we won't make a fortune.
