    +awesome coworkers and bosses +flexible with personal life +fun in and out of office +make pretty good money +simple commissions +solid accounts in both locations with plenty of work and stability +have the chance to grow with company

    -small footprint -not as many resources as a big firm -benefits are so so -small base -fledgling processes in place -no 401k
